“I guess you could label me a foodie. Ever since I can remember, I’ve enjoyed creating dishes from new recipes I’ve come across or from those handed down from relatives over the years. After 18 years in the medical field, I decided it was time I took a leap of faith and pursued my dream of being a restaurateur. I find nothing more satisfying than seeing others enjoy the creations I put together and nothing puts a bigger smile on a face than BBQ!”

Dry Heat BBQ, Inc. combines aspects of various regional BBQ and side dishes. All our meat is dry rubbed with a sweet and mildly spicy mixture and cooked slow and low in a pit oven using locally obtained oak wood for a mild smoked flavor. It’s not burnt, it’s smoked! The sauces are created from scratch and include a tangy vinegar based Memphis sauce, a sticky sweet and spicy Kansas City sauce and a spicier Texan sauce all available on the side.\
